LNB Yachting
Article 1: object
These general conditions of sale ("CGV") apply to the provision of electronic quotes by LNB Yachting ("LNB"), an AI company, registered in the Toulon trade and companies register, whose head office is located in avenue victor hugo 83160 la Valette du var (“Headquarters”).
Article 2: Definitions

Electronic quote: electronic document established by LNB and transmitted to the Client electronically, describing the services offered, their price and the conditions for their performance.

Client: any natural or legal person contracting with LNB for the provision of services. 
Article 3: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted by the Customer upon consultation of the electronic quote. The Customer cannot engage with LNB without having first read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
Article 4: Formation of the contract
The service provision contract is formed on the date of acceptance by the Customer of the electronic quote. The electronic quote transmitted by LNB constitutes an offer on its part. The Customer accepts the offer by confirming his agreement in writing, in particular by email.
Article 5: Withdrawal period
The Customer has a period of [number] working days from the date of receipt of the electronic quote to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision or incur any penalties, with the exception of possible return costs. .
Article 6: Price
The prices indicated on the electronic quote are expressed in euros and include current VAT. Prices do not include transport, delivery or installation costs, which will be charged extra if applicable.
Article 7: Payment
Payment for services is made by bank transfer, check, cash or PayPal, depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Article 8: Completion deadlines
The delivery times for the services are indicated on the electronic quote. LNB undertakes to carry out the services within the agreed deadlines. In the event of a delay attributable to LNB, the Customer may obtain compensation corresponding to the direct and actual damage suffered.
Article 9: Liability
LNB is responsible for the proper execution of the services in accordance with the provisions of the electronic quote. LNB's liability is limited to direct and actual damage suffered by the Customer.
Article 10: Intellectual property
LNB retains all intellectual property rights over the services, in particular plans, drawings, models and technical documents. The Client may not disclose or exploit the services without the prior written authorization of LNB.
Article 11: Force majeure
LNB is released from its liability in the event of force majeure, as defined by French case law.
Article 12: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of [city] will have sole jurisdiction.
