Cleaning

Exterior, interior and technical spaces: daily care and deep cleaning, never damaging the surface.

ATEX extraction.04Winterising & recommissioningA clean lay-up in autumn, recommissioning in spring: full clean, surface protection, visual check and report.05Services afloatDuring the season, without hauling out: wash, touch-up polish, teak, preparation before a charter or the owner’s arrival.06Carpets, textiles & technical areasCleaning of carpets, upholstery and onboard textiles, technical areas and yard access routes restored after works.

Technical preparation

LNB’s abrasive-free processes: dry-ice, laser, metal treatment, surface preparation before paint or refit.

07Dry-ice blastingDry-ice pellets blasted at −78.5 °C lift grease, soot and deposits without water, abrasives or residue. The rest of the boat stays dry.08Laser cleaningA beam that vaporises rust, oxidation, paint or varnish point by point, with no abrasives or chemicals: anchor chains, metal parts, wood.09Stainless & corrosion treatmentIron decontamination, passivation and clay finishing: stainless gets its shine back and stays protected longer.10Surface preparationFoam blasting, controlled sanding and dust removal: fibreglass, gelcoat, carbon and metal ready for paint or refit.

Protection

During the yard period and for the season: containment enclosures, shrink-wrapping, floor and surface protection, films.

11M1 enclosures & containmentEnclosures in M1-rated film to contain grinding, sanding and dust: the work goes on without contaminating the rest of the boat.12Shrink-wrappingA heat-shrunk, watertight and ventilated envelope for lay-up, transport or sheltered works: boats, tenders and equipment up to 60 ft.13Shipyard protectionCarpet, Carboard, films and Fendwrap finish: floors, corridors, stairs, furniture and topsides protected for the whole yard period.14Protective films & E-FilmSolar and protective films on glazing, PPF on exposed surfaces, E-Film to switch a window from opaque to clear on demand.15PPF — Paint Protection FilmInvisible, self-healing polyurethane film applied to gelcoat, paint and stainless: scratches, light impacts, UV and salt no longer mark. Six LNB Cover finishes, from clear to carbon.

Finishing & refit

Teak, polishing, gelcoat, wrapping, deck hardware and part fabrication: the finishing and minor works that make the difference.

16TeakCleaning, de-greying and saturation of teak decks with specialist products, no hard brushes or pressure washers: the wood keeps its substance.17Polishing & buffingGelcoat and paint renovation, afloat or ashore: oxidation removed, gloss and protection restored.18Gelcoat & paint touch-upsGelcoat chip repair and colour matching after damage; Awlgrip and equivalent paint touch-ups.19Wrapping & textured finishesFitting, repair and customisation of exterior wrap; bespoke interior cladding in textured finishes, cut on our plotter.20Deck hardware & dockyardRemoval and refitting of deck elements, battery replacement, equipment installs, minor onboard works: what the yard has no time for.21Part fabrication & 3D printingParts that can’t be found or are non-standard: survey, modelling, 3D printing or bespoke fabrication, then fitted on board.22Interior refitLayout studies, cladding, decorative finishes, bespoke furniture and integrations: the interior modernised without a heavy refit.23Gratings & floorboardsRemoval of gratings and floorboards, replacement or refurbishment, anti-noise wedging and zone protection during the yard period.
